Terms of Service

Last updated: September 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KanbanMail (the "Service"), a Chrome extension and Gmail add-on that turns your emails into cards on a sales pipeline, inside Gmail. By installing or using KanbanMail, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The service

KanbanMail lets you organize your Gmail inbox into a customizable pipeline of columns. Each user gets a single board, for individual use. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, existing functionality won't be taken away or turned into a paywall without reasonable notice.

2. Google Account and permissions

To use KanbanMail you need a Google account and must grant the Gmail permissions described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure; we're not responsible for actions taken through your account if your credentials are compromised outside of KanbanMail.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of your emails and any data you create in KanbanMail (columns, notes, deal values). We only process this data to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We don't claim any ownership over your content.

5. Availability and disclaimer of warranties

KanbanMail is an early-stage, actively-developed product. We do our best to keep it reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KanbanMail and its maintainer won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including lost profits, lost deals, or lost data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension/add-on and revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate section 3 (Acceptable use), or discontinue the Service entirely with reasonable notice where feasible.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of KanbanMail after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you reside.
