This page explains how to install KanbanMail, how to get help if something goes wrong, and what to include when you write to us.

Install the Gmail™ add-on
- Open the KanbanMail listing on Google Workspace™ Marketplace and click Install.
- Grant the requested permissions for your Google account.
- Open Gmail™ and open any email. The KanbanMail side panel appears on the right.
The full visual board lives in the free KanbanMail Chrome™ extension. After installing the extension, open Gmail™ and go to the KanbanMail board from the Gmail™ sidebar.
What to include in your message
To help us diagnose the issue faster, please include:
- The Google account email you used to install KanbanMail (not your password).
- Whether you are using the Gmail™ add-on, the Chrome™ extension, or both.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if the problem is visible on screen.
